Complete the contact form yourself, or ask a support worker or organisation to complete it with you.
Havering Works will contact you to talk about your goals and find the support that best matches your needs.
If another service is a better fit, they will help you find the right support.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) will check that you are eligible for the programme.
Havering Works will then contact you to arrange your appointment.
