💛 Who is it for?
Everyone is welcome — especially those looking to improve their health and wellbeing during pre, peri or post menopause. No netball experience is needed. If you’ve never caught a ball, hated PE at school, or haven’t exercised in years, this space is for you. We’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Menopause can bring challenging symptoms that often reduce activity levels. Regular, targeted movement can be a powerful way to support your body, strengthen bones and muscles, boost heart health and improve long‑term wellbeing.

Our England Netball Coach will be joined by a Live Well Havering Health Trainer and Menopause Movement Ambassador to support conversations around important topics and offer helpful signposting.

Come along, have fun, move your body, and connect with others in a safe, friendly space. We’d love to see you on court 💛🏐
Tonight’s the night! Join Pause - Time for Change at Queen’s Hospital for our monthly menopause cafe 💚

Free, non-judgemental space led by a qualified menopause nurse.
