We start at 9.30am, set up the room, then prepare ingredients for a dish that the group then cook for lunch. We set the table like in a restaurant, and we all sit and eat together and discuss what the group would like to prepare and cook the following week. Once lunch is finished, everyone helps to wash and dry up, clean tables and hoover, ready for the afternoon session.
