Accredited services for information & advice
In Havering, the following services are accredited to give information and advice:
- Citizen's Advice
- AgeUK RBH (for over 50s)
- DABD
- RAMFEL (immigration advice)
Organisations that have the AQS quality standard are audited every 2 years and have to demonstrate that they meet the quality standard.
Other information & advice services are available, but they have not achieved the AQS accreditation.
Consumer advice
If you need advice relating to you being a customer, you can call the Citizen's Advice Consumer Helpline.
