What does 'Live Well' mean?

A smiling woman wearing glasses and a blue cap uses a tablet, sitting at a table with another person. Both appear engaged and happy, with books and a mug visible in the background.

"Living Well" is a term often used by the NHS and councils. It means helping people live healthy, fulfilling and independent lives within their communities.

The aim is to help people access the support they need before they require more intensive health or social care services.
