Macmillan are here to support all patients, carers and relatives affected by cancer with anything impacting their wellbeing.

Advanced care planning drop-in
If you need help sorting your affairs or talking about what you want your future care to look like, come along to our drop-in or arrange a 1-1 session.
Sessions are on the second Wednesday of every month in the Queen’s Hospital Oncology VERT Room. Call 01708 503526 for more information.

YMCA Cancer Rehab Programme
Cancer rehab programme offering tailored exercise and lifestyle support to people living with cancer over a 10 week period at the YMCA Thames Gateway. After an initial consultation, you get free one to one support by a qualified coach to help you live a healthier and more active life.

Living with Secondary Breast Cancer support group
Breast Cancer Now run an in-person group on the first Thursday of each month at the YMCA Thames Gateway.

Cancer patients get access to the Sleepio sleep support app and Daylight anxiety support app for free.
Life After Cancer programmes
Free, fully funded services to support individuals navigating life after cancer, with the goal of reducing isolation and improving mental wellbeing. Their services include a coaching programme and expert sessions on different topics.
Cancer Support UK Cancer Coach programme
We provide practical and emotional support to people with cancer, during and after the treatment period.
