Mental health crisis support

If you, or someone else, needs urgent mental health support, phone NHS 111 (option 2) or text 'Help' to 07860 009642.
Support services are available for you to access, whatever you’re going through.
Support if you have communication needs
The 111 service is suitable for Deaf/hard of hearing people. On the NHS 111 website you can find information about:
- Text relay
- BSL support
- Getting an interpreter if your preferred language isn't English
Residents can text 'Help' to 07860 009642 for urgent mental health support and a member of the NHS 111, Option 2 team will respond as soon as they can.

The NELFT 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Assessment Hub in Redbridge is open for Havering residents to go to. You can use the Hub if you are over 18 and live in Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Barking & Dagenham, or Havering. You can reach us by calling, walking in, or through a referral from a health care professional.
The Listening Lounge in Barking & Dagenham offers a safe, welcoming space for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
The Redbridge Recovery Hub offers free mental health support for residents aged 18+.
