Living Well Community Wellness and Empowerment Service
The Live Well Empowerment Service gives adults living in Havering wellbeing support in the community. The service is commissioned by Havering Council and delivered by Tapestry Care UK through community hubs in Rainham, Harold Hill and Hornchurch.

It aims to support people who may be struggling with rising energy bills or living in homes that are difficult to keep warm.
