Founded in 2004, The Habbit Factory (THF) is an inclusive arts organisation currently working with 450 children and young people weekly in the London Borough of Havering.

THF work with people who often don't find other groups accessible for them and people from low-income backgrounds. THF prioritises making truly inclusive services where people of all races, abilities and backgrounds are welcomed and supported.

THF co-create large-scale performances with their children and young people, which challenge stigma in the wider community.

Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope is a free LGBTQ+ safe space for 17-24s, meeting on the first Tuesday of the month at Lumiere Romford 5pm - 7pm. Each session will be a different creative activity, from jewellery making, to game nights.

YouThrive

Our Youth Club at the Hope Café (Romford) s a safe, welcoming space where young people can unwind, have fun, and build positive relationships after school. We combine open‑access activities with meaningful support, giving young people a place where they feel valued, included, and understood.

Teenagers are in an open space with boxing bags and other apparatus to support them to do physical activity.

Each session offers a mix of sports, games, creative activities, and informal mentoring. Young people can take part in boxing, table tennis, pool, team games, and other activities designed to build confidence and resilience. We also provide free food every session, creating a relaxed, community‑focused environment where everyone feels at home.
