Saint Francis Hospice runs a monthly Living with Dementia group; a multi-sensory reminiscence session designed to support people living with mild to moderate dementia.
The group is fun, engaging and always attended with a carer. Referrals can be made by a healthcare professional or via self-referral through the Saint Francis Hospice website. All attendees will receive a short assessment to ensure the group is suitable for their needs.
