If you live in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Essex, Kent & Medway, you can call for mental health help and advice anytime of the day or night.

Callers can receive advice, signposting or arranged to be seen in emergency. Service is available to clients that are known to Mental Health Services and those attempting to access services. We can arrange for you to speak with a mental health professional. Calls can be from clients, carers, allied professionals, GPs etc.

This is a freephone number and callers will not be charged.
