Our helpline

Our pregnancy loss helpline is a safe space to talk, ask questions, or simply share how you’re feeling and be heard. We’re here from 9am to 4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays9am to 8pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, offering support and information around pregnancy loss.

Live chat service

Sometimes it’s easier to type than speak. Our live chat connects you with trained staff who will listen, offer emotional support, and share trusted information and resources with you. It’s open the same hours as our helpline and is a safe, quiet space to talk through things at your own pace.

Email support

We know that sometimes it’s hard to talk, or you may need time to express your feelings. Our email support gives you the space to share your thoughts and feelings. We aim to respond within two working days, and everything you share will be treated with kindness and sensitivity.
