A weekly meditation class designed to help you relax and recharge. Reserve your spot for guided breathwork, movement, and inner calm.

Join us for a weekly restorative meditation session. This guided class combines mindful breathing, gentle grounding techniques, meditation movement, and a herbal tea break to support relaxation and mental clarity.

Whether you’re new to meditation or continuing your practice, this session offers a space to reset and recharge.

What to bring:

  • a yoga mat*
  • water (optional)
  • layers for relaxation (i.e jumper and a blanket)

*If you do not have a yoga mat or are unable to do floor/mat sitting, plastic chairs are available and so a cushion is recommended.
