Havering Council’s Refugee & Crisis Reponse team work in partnership with the community and voluntary sector to run weekly one-stop shops for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants who are new to the UK.
They take place at the YMCA, 29 Rush Green Road RM7 0PH every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm.
At these one-stop shops, you can get information and advice from different services to help you to set up your life in Havering.
These are drop-in sessions so people can attend anytime throughout the events – there is no need to RSVP.
The following in person assistance will be provided at the one-stop shops.

- Housing costs and child benefit queries
- Pension credit queries
- School admissions support

- Homes for Ukraine Sponsor briefing session
