Join our Long COVID Café for a non-judgemental, welcoming community and to connect with other people with lived experience of Long COVID.

Living with or caring for someone with Long COVID can be really difficult, but our welcoming and non-judgemental community is here for you.

  • Join our welcoming and non-judgemental community.
  • Connect with other people going through Long COVID.
  • Open to people over the age of 18 – no diagnosis required.
  • Our sessions are supported by a Live Well Havering Health Trainer.
  • Group was co-designed by people with Long COVID for people with Long COVID.

Accessibility

  • Our room is wheelchair accessible and accessible for all physical disabilities.
  • There is a hearing loop available.
  • We can’t offer interpreters at this time – this is something we’re working towards.
  • We don’t have childcare facilities at this time – this is something we are looking into for future sessions.
  • We will try to be as accessible as possible with our sessions for all abilities and lived experiences – please tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it.

Transport

  • There is free parking on site.
  • 248, 252 and 165 bus routes stop at Harrow Lodge.
