Have you recently used, or do you plan to use services at the St Georges Health and Wellbeing Hub? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
The Hub brings health, care, and community services together under one roof, and has been open for nearly a year. We want to make sure that the services within the hub work together for local people. We’re holding a community session to hear your experiences and ideas on how services could feel more seamless and better joined-up.

At the session we’ll be:
- Talking through the services within the hub, and the vision for how they can work together, and want to test your views on this
- Testing with you how the Hub could make your experience of care more joined-up across NHS, social care, and community services
- Asking what would your ideal visit to the Hub look like?
- Asking which local community or voluntary groups would you like to see delivering support?
Your feedback will help shape the future of the Hub and ensure services are designed with local people at the heart.
