Are you feeling isolated? Looking to meet some new friends in your area? This could be the group for you.
The friendship group is made up of older members of the Havering Community.
They meet every Thursday between 10 – 11 am at the Sunrise Cafe on the 1st floor of Romford Shopping Hall.
This is free to attend we just ask you purchase a cup of tea from the cafe please.
Each week they have a different activity – such as bingo, speed friends, higher lower plus lots more.
Talks from local organisations, other ways to get out and about and keep active. Once every few months we hire a mini bus and have a trip out. We’ve walked over the O2, visited farms and the seaside too. This is self funded.
No need to book on a Thursday morning just turn up and you will guaranteed a very warm welcome from the whole group.
