St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub One Year On: Official Opening and Celebration Event
Join us as we celebrate the official opening and one-year anniversary of the St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub — a vibrant community hub in Hornchurch that brings together NHS, community and voluntary sector services under one roof, making it easier for local people to access the care and support they need. This special event marks a milestone for Havering and wider partners — celebrating how far we’ve come, the partnerships we’ve built, and the difference the Hub is making to local lives.
Who will be there?
Our celebration will have a festive Christmas theme, while being inclusive of all faiths and backgrounds — a joyful community event for everyone to enjoy.
Drop by to experience:
- A Christmas tree light switch-on ceremony led by local MP Julia Lopez
- Opportunities to meet local health and wellbeing teams
- Opportunities to meet local health and care (Council and NHS) leaders
- Stalls offering advice, support, and information on local services as well as blood pressure checks and drop in flu jabs for those eligible
- Free Winter refreshments, including warm drinks and light snacks
