Please join us for our Movember Dedicated Dad’s meet up, hosted by Havering Emotional Support Team (HEST).
Welcome Dedicated Dads!
Please join us on Wednesday 18th November 2026 at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Dads/Father figures are welcome. This month we will be to discussing the theme managing boys.
As will be/is Movember this month we will be discussing the emotional wellbeing of boys. Topics of conversation may range from low mood, anxiety to behaviour and emotional regulation. There is also the opportunity to discuss your own emotional wellbeing. Together we will consider supportive coping strategies and idea for building resilience.
Our monthly meet ups support Dads/Father Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Dads/Father Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.
Unfortunately, this event is for Dads only and we are unable to accommodate for children to attend.
