Led by the Havering Emotional Support Team, this workshop will provide valuable information to understand how your child might be feeling about this important change in their life, and navigate strategies and practical tips to help them manage their worries.

This workshop is aimed at parents/carers of Year 6 students going into secondary school.

This workshop will be covering:

• Why transitions can be difficult for children
• Spotting signs that your child may be worried about the transition
• Strategies you can use to support your child with their emotions
